The term Magical Mini’s or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of the website. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our website.

If you have booked an experience at the Magical Mini’s farm, you’ll be welcomed by our team, and given a 15-minute introductory session going over health and safety, and a small talk learning about Miniature Mediterranean Donkeys and Freya and Tallulah. 

We have blankets and hot water bottles ready for those colder days! 

We do not cater to any allergies or dietary requirements.. DO NOT order if you have any allergies. We use and work in a kitchen handling nuts, peanuts, gluten, soya, dairy, eggs and any other allergens. 

If any of our donkeys, are unwell, stressed, injured or just a bit under the weather, we don’t put them on our experiences until they’re back to their normal friendly selves! 

Accidents do happen, albeit very rarely. We give an extensive health and safety briefing prior to any experiences, and you should follow the instructions given. We cannot accept responsibility for any accidents or injuries that occur on our farm or out on visits.

Dogs are NOT allowed on the farm or on visits away from home.

We are a farm with live animals. We therefore have natural bacteria and parasites which in some circumstances may be harmful to a pregnancy. If you choose to participate in an experience we recommend you wash your hands thoroughly after being around or touching the donkeys, especially before consuming food. 

If we do plan on cancelling experiences due to weather conditions, we will call you as soon as we can to let you know. 

Please make sure you wear appropriate clothing and shoes We recommend you wear several layers to allow you to adapt to the weather, and to bring a waterproof jacket. Although we will provide blankets and hot water bottles for these colder days. 

Please bring appropriate footwear, as for health and safety reasons we may not be able to allow you to participate if you are not dressed suitably. Open-toed shoes such as sandals or flip flops are not allowed. 

If on an experience at the farm, small change is always handy if you wish to purchase soft drinks.

Please drive slowly to the top of the drive and into the field where there is signs to parking area. 

There is a disabled portaloo on site. 

Please be aware that we operate a 48 hour (2 working days) cancellation and rescheduling policy. If you do not contact us before 48 hours we will be unable to move your experience. If you cannot reach us by phone (07810 885 917) please contact us as soon as possible. For cancellations outside of 48 hours a voucher will be issued and no refunds will be given. We must uphold this policy under all circumstances.
